With reason my absolut favourite brand

Ordering Hiccups One Arrive Quickly The Other One Nowhere To Be Seen

I have a problem during ordering because the product page wouldn't load although the from the selection page the product was available. Out of nowhere I can open the page and quickly press add to shopping basket and proceed to payment. I ordered the items on 24th April and it arrived yesterday (3rd May). Both of the items were the correct one. Rialda helped me with my 24th April order by checking it if the order went through their system as the product page was difficult to load. She confirmed that the order went through and will be sent immediately. However I have another order from 17th April and those haven't arrived yet. I don't know what is wrong the the logistics. I have sent a ticket to the customer service and will wait how it goes.

Great online shop awfull delivery company

the online shop is great...vast choice ...good pricing... a lot of novelties and free shipping !!!!all good news ???? F... no .the carrier here at my place :"Colis Privé" 11 avenue du 24 aout 1944 , 69960 Corbas , is an absolute nightmare and a band of thief ( happened twice on a row last year )...my luck , the delivery guy ( a 2 days newby ...not kidding ) was just on point . what a legend !let's hope my next delivery ( that i couldn't cancelled ) will make it though.....SO to make it short : you order from France AVOID this shop , the delivery is too riskyorder WEB26507631

I had a problem with an order that…

I had a problem with an order that according to the tracking link was delivered, but in fact I have not receveid it at the time. After contacting New Era's customer service, I was very well and quickly answered by 'Melissa S' who was willing to resolve the problem promptly. I believe the delivery company has made a mistake and I received my order the next day after contacting the customer service.

My order had been almost a week late

My order had been almost a week late, I contacted New Era customer support and was in touch with an advisor called ‘Melissa S’ who was very helpful. Melissa not only informed me about an attempted delivery but also informed me where the item was being held and gave helpful information on to how collect the item since the courier left no slip about a missed delivery. Melissa also apologised on behalf of New Era and offered a 10% discount. Brilliant customer service.

Amazing customer service

Hi there, I had to contact the customer service because i wasn’t too sure where my order was and, was waiting longer than expected, they were all so helpful throughout the process and helped me resolve my concerns.

Shipment Taking Long!

agent Rialda helped me get a tracking number for my order, but i was told my parcel would be coming by 13th January the latest and UPS has not received the parcel yet and it is the 12th and i placed my order on the 1st
